Dear Donna,

From our very first meeting you exuded professionalism, knowledge of the industry, warmth, and confidence that the brand new, luxurious Hotel LBI would be the perfect venue to serve as the backdrop for our special event. From that moment on, you literally rolled up your sleeves, got to work, and saw that every detail and wish was fulfilled. During the entire process your dedication to the event’s planning and preparation, as well as the personalized attention, made us all feel calm and comfortable with our decision, and as if we were the only wedding on your schedule.

You helped Conor and Brandon’s vision for the day become a reality overseeing grand scale as well as fine details. You went above and beyond to help them and both sets of parents enjoy the special day, and kept the ceremony and reception on schedule. The transformation of the conservatory from an ethereal ceremony site to a rustic elegant ballroom was seamless and nothing short of a miracle.

You were willing to make last minute changes to assure the romantic ceremony aesthetic Conor desired. We can’t begin to list every detail you oversaw including a pre wedding tasting, event timing, farm table and decor placement, guest room reservations, menu options and special dietary requests, groom’s request for a cold bridal party lounge area, ring bearer prompting, crowd control, and vendor recommendations (Jason Jani was stupendous!); but suffice it to say, we know you’ve been busy!

The food was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully, and the wait staff was attentive, courteous, and efficient. Our guests that stayed at the hotel could not say enough about the beauty of the hotel and guests rooms as well as the warm and inviting hospitality of the staff.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your excellence in hospitality service. Hotel LBI is fortunate to have you on their team as you are a true gem, and today as we continue to reflect and relish the events of the weekend, we feel like the luckiest, happiest people alive. Hotel LBI will forever be cherished as the setting of Conor and Brandon’s dream wedding come true and you helped make the magic happen.
